Italian International Food Festival in Parma, Italy

CIBUS, Italy’s International Food Exhibition will be held in Parma from May 9th to May 12th. You definitely won’t want to miss the chance to taste some of Europe’s most delicious samples of food.

In the region of Emilia-Romagna, the town of Parma will host over 60,000 food professionals from over 90 countries. This year breaks the record of having Italian food companies from every category such as condiments, baked goods, sauces, cheese, dairy products, cured meats, fresh meats, seafood, pastas, preserves, organic, vegan, non-GMO, and vegetarian along with low fat products as well.

Italy’s most famous liqueur and brewery, wine and spirits, and beer makers will be on tap. This is an amazing opportunity to taste all of the famous Italian food from all 20 regions of Italy in one place. Discussions of key topic and organizations will go on during the festival as well as meetings with “Made in Italy” the creators of food, wine, and spirits.

Tastings will be provided all day by all food and beverage professionals, as well as demos for recipes and cooking equipment will be shown. Tactics to maintain the importance of sustainability by avoiding food waste will also be discussed with Italy’s non-profit organization, I Love Italian Food that promotes authentic Italian food.
