A new dock has recently been built and can accommodate a large size yacht.

The beautiful estate also offers a small private beach. The sweeping patio of the Coakley House offers breathtaking views of the Caribbean’s crystal blue waters. Near the house is also the third largest coral reef in the world, great for snorkeling and swimming.

Available nightly or weekly rentals: Nightly rentals are $650/night, 3 night minimum and $3,500/week.
